Privacy
Jobfork collects very little. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. This page tells you exactly what we do and don't keep.
What we collect
- Your email — only if you subscribe to the Friday Edition. We use it to send the newsletter and nothing else.
- Anonymous click data — when someone clicks Apply on a role, we record the time, the browser's user-agent string, and the page they came from. We don't pair this with your email or any other personal identifier.
What we don't collect
- Accounts. There's nothing to sign up for beyond the newsletter.
- IP addresses. We read them at the moment of each request to rate-limit the forms, but we don't persist them anywhere.
- Marketing cookies. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no third-party trackers.
- Advertising data. Jobfork has never run an ad and has no advertiser dashboard to feed.
Where the data lives
We use three external services that touch the data above:
- Supabase — Postgres database for subscriber records and apply-click data.
- Vercel — hosting and request routing. Vercel keeps short-lived server logs of incoming requests as standard infrastructure, per their own privacy policy.
- Substack (pending)— once the newsletter is wired to Substack, subscriber emails will be mirrored there so the Friday Edition can actually go out. We'll update this page when that goes live.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe anytime through the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
- Request your data, or its deletion, by writing to hello@jobforked.com. We'll confirm within a week.
Cookies
Jobfork doesn't set any cookies on visitors. No tracking, no marketing, no third-party cookies, ever.
